Property Development Projects ( P-D-P ) has been created to deal with the ever-increasing demand for the building of, or the improvements to, residential property, offering an alternative to address the management and control of these projects, the rising costs of building works and the associated anxiety of undertaking a building project.
Our core philosophy is to facilitate a team approach with our clients their architect and the contractors and suppliers, where the architect has the relative “freedom” to concentrate on design and P-D-P takes on the responsibility to appoint, manage and control all contractors and suppliers to the project.
